Crone's Corner:  August 2008
I Salute you!

There is nothing I can give you which you have not, but there is much that, while I cannot give,
you can take.

No heaven can come to us unless our hearts find rest in it today.

Take Heaven!

No peace lies in the future which is not hidden in this present instant.

Take Peace!

The gloom of the world is but a shadow: behind it yet within our reach is joy.

Take Joy!

And so, at this Christmas time, I greet you, with the prayer that for you, now and forever, the day
breaks and the shadows flee away.   Fra Giovanni

"Become a student of change: It is the only thing that will remain constant."  Anthony D"Angelo

As I write this I am hoping that all who read have had a summer of good experiences and growth – rain
does make things grow!!
I was able to keep only a minimum of my schedule since June as I experienced a back injury coupled
with some bursitis.  So the new schedule is now on site.  New items will be posted as I “hear” what is to
be offered and what is requested.  I have been deep into “A Call to Compassion” – a series of
workshops.  It was exactly what I needed to do research on and teach as I grew in my own experience of
inner healing thru the summer months.
I shall be offering this series of five workshops again fairly soon for those whom may be interested.

As I prepare my next workshop on “The impact of emotions on DNA” , I have been brought back to
teachings of Gregg Braden, Deepak Chopra and others.  I would like to quote from Gregg Braden’s
book “Awakening to Zero Point”:
“ As we allow life to show us ourselves in new ways so that we may know ourselves in those ways and we
reconcile within ourselves that which life has shown us, then we become Compassion.  It is within the
very reconciliation, the coming to terms with whatever we have invited as life, that we become
Compassion.  Deceptively simple, the understanding of life’s mysteries has been the subject of
controversy and debate for centuries. In what extremes have we taken ourselves to know of the darkest
of the dark and the lightest of the light?  Clearly, the ancients remind us of two things:
*That the events of life serve us by allowing the opportunity of feeling and emotions through a broad
range of experiences all of the “good” and all of the “bad”.
*Further, there is a pattern to the order within which we will recognize the experience.  There is a
sequence and a progression to the experiences.”
“The keys to compassion, then, lie in our ability to embrace all experiences as part of the One without
judgment.  To live solely in the “light”, shunning, ignoring, working against and judging anything other
than light is to defeat the very purpose of your life in a world of polarity!” “There can be no battle without
judgment.”  “Compassion may be discovered in redefining the experiences of life for what they are,
rather than what our judgment and bias will make of them.”

So, that is, in a “nutshell” the “ work” I have been doing in the past two months.  Dr. Usui admonishes us
to be diligent about “the work”.  I could not have had the insights to these teachings without the
experiential work.

I wish all a wonderful autumn time and
trust that the usual vibrant colors of fall nourish your hearts and souls before the white of winter.  It is a
pleasure to be of service to any and all who come to my door.  For the past few years I have had to be
careful regarding my spine and driving and will have to be even more careful from now on.  I had been
judging myself about “aging, and the ramifications (and not running around in my car as I did in my 50’s
and 60’s!)  but recently realized that saints such as Si Baba and Deli Lama change bodies often, so why
not the soul who I am?  Maybe their aging, dying and rebirthing is a message to us all as we become
older – to just relax into it and take it day by day, with no judging – as Gregg Braden suggests?
I honor the Creator within each ,    Trudi

PS:  Ah, yes, I hear your thoughts as you read above!  Teachers such as Gregg Braden (and even the
Ancient Essenes)  are saying we do not have to die – and I believe that that could be possible, but very
much up to how we do our “work”?  So, here is a quote from his book “Awakening to Zero Point”:
“Through the life and Resurrection, Christ’s experience was a metaphor for our lives.  Through his
execution, he modeled for all humanity a process that each will go through
individually, as well as collectively.  In the closing years of this cycle, every life form existing upon the
Earth will have the opportunity to experience the
dimensional translation as Earth’s shift from a third to a fourth density
experience; a Zero Point awareness and the choice of Resurrection over death.”   All I can say is this: let
us each do our work of having love and compassion for all sentient beings on the planet, including
ourselves, and see what happens!!!  If we all made it our “goal”, Earth would certainly be a wonderful
planet!  Love you,    Trudi
